1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with UAE consumer regulations.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and the original invoice.

• Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

For health and hygiene protection, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened:

• Abdominal guards

• Supporters

• Compression wear / inner protective gear

• Shirts and trousers

• Any item that comes in direct contact with the body

• Items showing signs of use, washing, odor, or damage caused by the customer

• Sale or discounted items

These exclusions are permitted under UAE Consumer Protection Law for hygiene-sensitive products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• You must notify AZ Sports within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

• Once verified, AZ Sports will offer a replacement or refund, subject to inspection
