AZ Sports aims to deliver sports products efficiently across the UAE and worldwide. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship all over the UAE.

  • We also offer international (worldwide) shipping.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on destination and courier service.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be longer during promotions or peak seasons.


3. Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)

UAE Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas may require additional time

International / Worldwide Delivery

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on:

    • Destination country

    • Customs clearance

    • Local courier operations

AZ Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier services.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and order size.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – UAE Only

  • COD is available within the UAE only

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

  • COD is not available for international orders


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

AZ Sports is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)

  • Courier delays beyond our control

  • Weather conditions or public holidays

Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos for verification

  • After confirmation, AZ Sports will offer a replacement or suitable resolution


8. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

    • The order may be returned to AZ Sports

    • Re-shipping charges may apply

    • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping, COD, and customs charges


9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • AZ Sports will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer


10. Policy Updates

  • AZ Sports reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice
